Production Team Member

What You’ll Do:

  • Be hands-on in creating the highest quality home fragrance products – candles, diffusers, room sprays and more. 
  • Making products for some of the top Australian Brands. 
  • Your tasks will include things like wicking, pouring, filling, labelling, trimming, wrapping, boxing and packing. A keen eye for detail is important to make sure everything is just right. 
  • We use basic machinery (training is provided) to help with tasks.
  • You will be on your feet most of the day and some manual handling is required. 
  • Work in a factory/warehouse. Cleaning of the workspace and equipment is required. Safety is important and good communication and teamwork is essential.
  • Working in a production environment means there are rules to follow. Whether it’s for safety, quality, efficiency or best practice process, you will be committed to playing by the rules.

  • Enjoys working with their hands and has a keen eye for detail.
  • Can adapt to various tasks with enthusiasm and efficiency.
  • Is a team player, ready to collaborate and contribute to a fun and dynamic work atmosphere.
  • Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

  • Location: West Gosford / Wyoming NSW
  • Job Type: Casual, with the opportunity for full-time if desired in future
  • Casual Adult Rate: $29.50 per hour
  • Flexible hours are available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday. We can work around your availability within those times. This is perfect for parents during school hours, students wishing to work around class times, and anyone who has another job.
